Since they got the new recliners a few years ago (and I am sure new good air conditioning) it has been the only cinema we go to. Lots of space, comfortable, and cool.
I have seen movies on most of the screens with the new seats now, and it is always a pleasant experience.
As always food and drinks are very overpriced... but it was good, and they have a bar too.
My experience in the toilets was not as nice as normal in my last visit though. It smelled really bad and the first sink I used the water barely trickled out but the sink next to it thankfully worked properly.
When we were getting into a taxi after seeing the movie a car reversed fast into the side of the taxi as I was securing my young son in. Thankfully my son was okay, but my leg/knee hurt for a few days. My husband had been walking around the car at the time so he was okay too.
It would be good if they had a safe pick-up place for customers because some drivers don't know how to use their mirrors.

The toilets really clean and tidy.
The auditorium we were in was clean and when it was dark it was DARK. The only issue was the armrests looking rather tired as really flaky and cracked leather.
Only saw one member of staff who was very welcoming.

Comfortable seating, not overcrowded, food and and drink are expensive but, that's always been the way. Parking is a bit of a nightmare so get there early. Anything after 6pm is free 4 hours max during the day.
Quite frustrating some people still sit on there phone at the cinema takes the whole feel of cinema!
