The lady checking our tickets on level 4 was a total grump... hushering back to our seats claiming she's closing the door after the interval was over stating we'd had our 20 minutes, we sat down and waited another 5 before she closed the door and show re started. She could do with cheering up and being friendly to guests or finding another job ! ????
